🔍 How to Track Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your shipment by logging into your OutletJewelHut account (outletjewelhut.com) and navigating to “My Orders”.

📬 “Delivered” but Not Received?

If the logistics status shows “signed for” but you haven’t received your package, here’s what might have happened:

  • The carrier might have scanned it prematurely — status should update within 24h.
  • If you live in an apartment / condo, the package could be left with a neighbor, front desk, or leasing office. Please check around.

🔁 Lost Packages – 60 Days Policy

If you have not received your shipment 60 days after the dispatch date, please reach out to our support team. OutletJewelHut will either resend a brand new item or issue a full refund — your choice.
