Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a free full refund or exchange for any item purchased on outletjewelhut within 30 days from the date your order was paid. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund or exchange.
💳 PayPal account information is required for all refunds. Please provide your PayPal email address when you contact us. Refund processing normally takes a few business days — thank you for your patience.
⚠️ Note: Refunds or exchanges are not possible after 30 days from purchase. Custom requests or final sale items (if any) will be clearly indicated on the product page.
If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged product, we will cover the full return shipping cost. Please contact customer service immediately. For multiple returned items, return them together in one package to receive free return shipping on all items. Returning items separately may incur additional charges.
If the product is in perfect, unworn condition and you simply changed your mind, the return postage cost must be borne by you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For exchanges: The return shipping cost follows the same rules above. Once we receive your returned item, OutletJewelHut will ship the replacement item to you at no extra cost (domestic standard shipping).
To ensure smooth processing, please follow these steps carefully:
- ✔ Contact us before shipping: Always email [email protected] to confirm your return/exchange and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number & return address.
- ✔ Return tracking number: Provide the return tracking number along with your original receipt (or order number) in your email to [email protected].
- ✔ Product condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and without signs of depreciation. All original tags, labels, and boxes must be intact and in the same condition as when you received them.
- ✔ Packaging: Keep the original packaging (including dust bags, boxes, and any protective materials). Items returned without original packaging may be rejected.
- ✔ Complete return package: Send the product(s) together with all accessories, labels, and the original receipt (or a copy) to the address we provide via email.
After your returned item arrives at our facility, we will inspect it within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation of receipt. Then we will notify you whether your refund or exchange is approved.
- ✅ Approved refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval, subject to compliance with our Return Policy. The money will be credited back to the PayPal account you provided. Processing times may vary depending on PayPal or your financial institution.
- 🔄 Approved exchanges: Once your original item is inspected and approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 5 business days (free standard shipping). You will receive a new tracking number via email.
- ❌ Rejected returns: If your return does not meet our policy (e.g., worn item, missing tags), we will notify you and send the item(s) back to the original shipping address at your expense.
Please note: All refunds/exchanges are subject to our inspection. We reserve the right to reject any return that violates the guidelines above.
If you’ve been approved for a refund but the amount hasn’t appeared in your PayPal account after 7 business days, please follow these steps:
- 1️⃣ Double-check your PayPal account activity – sometimes refunds are posted as pending.
- 2️⃣ Contact your financial institution or credit card company (if linked to PayPal) – refund posting can take extra processing time.
- 3️⃣ If you still don’t see the refund, reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order number and PayPal email, and we’ll investigate immediately.
OutletJewelHut reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not fully comply with the above return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address provided at checkout (without refund). To avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team before returning any item if you are uncertain about the condition or eligibility.
If we receive a return that is incomplete, damaged by customer misuse, or missing components, we may deny the refund and offer to ship the product back to you (return shipping fee will be your responsibility).
